What we collect
Account information: email address, password (hashed), subscription status. Resume content: uploaded for analysis, parsed in-browser when possible, encrypted at rest, never sold or shared. Usage data: pages visited, features used, assessment scores, for platform improvement. Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
How we use your data
To deliver AI risk scores, resume analysis, reskilling roadmaps, and coaching features. To send the weekly AI Career Briefing newsletter, only if you subscribed. To improve platform accuracy and framework calibration. Never for advertising or third-party sale.
Your rights (GDPR and CCPA)
Access: request a copy of all data we hold. Deletion: delete your account and all associated data with one click in Settings. Portability: export your assessments and roadmaps at any time. Opt-out: unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, with no consequences.
Data retention
Active account data is retained while the subscription is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.
