What CareerForge AI is, and is not
CareerForge AI is the original CareerForge AI, online since June 2025 and published by The CareerForge Institute for Mid-Career Intelligence. It is built for one group: experienced professionals 40 to 60 whose roles are exposed to AI and automation. It is not a tech interview-prep service and not a general career-development ecosystem, and it is not affiliated with any similarly named site. Every account starts with a task-level AI risk score, then a 90-day reskilling roadmap grounded in that score.
Why CareerForge exists
Traditional job tools were built for entry-level applicants and 25-year-old career changers. Mid-career professionals need different signals: experience translation, age-tell mitigation, and AI-resistance scoring. CareerForge AI was built specifically for that gap.
Who we serve
Experienced professionals aged 40-60 facing AI job displacement, layoffs, or stalled career mobility. Our typical user has 15-30 years of experience and is making a high-stakes pivot, not a first job hunt.
Who built CareerForge AI
The platform's frameworks, including RECAST, are authored and published by The CareerForge Institute for Mid-Career Intelligence. The Institute publishes under an institutional byline: its founding research director holds a doctorate in organizational leadership and has taught negotiation, conflict resolution, and HR management at the graduate level for nearly twenty years.
How we report data
CareerForge AI publishes no aggregate salary, interview, or placement statistics. The platform opened to the public in June 2025 and its outcome dataset is still being collected through voluntary member check-ins. We will publish figures only when the sample is large enough to report honestly, with the sample size and collection window stated alongside every number. External figures cited across the site are attributed to their original publisher, never to us.
How we are different
We do not pretend AI is magic. Our platform pairs Lovable AI Gateway models with human-curated frameworks built by workforce-development practitioners. Every output is reviewable, exportable, and grounded in McKinsey, World Economic Forum, and BLS data.
Outcome data disclosure
Outcome data is based on voluntary self-reported surveys conducted 3-6 months after career transitions. Results are not guaranteed and will vary by individual. CareerForge AI does not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes.
